Mach-e FordPass activation failed for a few weeks

Any body could share piece of advice with an issue that FordPass can not activate vehicle?

Just before thanksgiving day my ford pass stopped to track charge level and control car from fordpass.

Got same issue several times before and it was resolved by fuse disconnect for a few hours but it is not the case now.

I have contacted FordPass support and we did all possible troubleshooting including door lock trick, removing vehicle from FordPass and master reset

p.S: In bezel menu TCU is always disconnected

I have a FordPass case escalated on Nov 22
Still no one called me.

What is best direction to proceed? Go to dealer service department? Call anyone ?

Interesting. I just had a bad TCU and it took a week to come in. It didn't prevent FordPass from connecting, but most features did not work.

My car is again connected to FordPass. It was a bad TCU. Dealership didn’t check to see if it solved the problem; I spent an extra 2 hours there, after being told the car was all set, while a senior tech tried everything he could think of to get it reconnected. Eventually “provisioning” worked. My impression so far is that the dealerships are behind the curve on EV issues and repairs. Although my dealership is helpful and nice and trying hard.

Did dealer replaced TCU? How long it take ?

Yes. Purchased a 2021 "Buy 'back. that said it had issues with APIM, well i cannot Activate Ford pass. Took it into Kayser Ford in Madison, where they said it needed a new TCU, it came in and then today they said it is failing to import my information. Tomorrow they will try to connect up again directly to the TCU...we will see...

Maybe try disconnecting to the blue oval network in the FordPass and then reconnecting and check the plug and charge button is turned on. This fixed a problem I had in October after a software update and they changed the blue oval from a subscription fee base to free access.

did they “provision” the new TCU? My dealer called to tell me the repair was complete and I could pick up the car but it still would not connect to FordPass. After a more experienced tech “provisioned” it, it connected right up. Took a while.
