FordPass Vehicle Activation Problems?

Hey - trying to activate my vehicle in FordPass and having problems. The error is always "Another use is trying to activate the vehicle. Please wait." I've done all the things - reset the car, reset the app, uninstall and re-install. Still no luck. Anyone else run into this one?

Similar issue here:
"Sorry, there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights on xxx. Please try again later"
Spent an 30 minutes on the phone with support after trying for an hour myself (master reset, wifi, bluetooth, app re-install etc.) and am now waiting for 2nd level tech support to call me back...

I read through the thread after...
my biggest pain is that you have To go through the same steps over and over again on the phone. They just cant believe that you RTFM’ed already
