Mach E Infotainment Centre - Scrambled, Black, off while driving?

Anyone else have this issue? Turn on the car, and the infotainment centre has lines running through it, then goes black, shuts off, and then will come back on with the normal screen. This is while you are driving the car, it takes about 4-5 minutes to reset itself and turn back on with the normal screen.

Yes we just had it at the dealer for this issue - was supposed to be fixed but it is still happening

Thank you for posting this! I had the exact same thing happen to me twice while driving. I took a video both times and sent it to the dealer. They did a full diagnostic on the car and could not find anything wrong. I have close to 10,000km and this as only happened twice briefly and self corrected both times.

Yeah dealership says there is nothing wrong as THEY are unable to replicate the issue yet we have photos of the screen - typical dealership excuse
