When I go to the bay I better be careful.

My wife is so tired of me pointing out Every. Mach. E. That. I. See. that I don't dare wave! But I do nod......subtly.

Had 2 Mach es (not counting my GT), a Taycan, and a Kia at the EA station in Stamford yesterday.

A GT, a Taycan, and a Kia walk into a bar...

On the rare occasion I see one driving, I do the ol' two-finger salute (left hand top of the wheel, pointer and middle fingers lifted), what my wife calls rabbit ears, and what we called growing up "just being neighborly."

On the way home from work today I spotted an Iced Blue Silver MME Select. I was stopped at a stop light and it was stopped in the oncoming left turn lane. I flashed my high beams and waved. First Iced Blue Silver MME for me And the third MME I have spotted in my town. ??

I have been seeing a few around the south bay too. I try to wave and acknowledge them but have not gotten any waves back. Perhaps the MME's are getting too common and it not a small club, in that we do not head-nod or wave at each other. Too me it is a small club compaired to the zillions of Teslas that I see every day in the Bay Area.

So Julie and I just went on a 1622 mile road trip, during which we only saw a couple (as in 2) other Mach-Es (surprisingly, as much of this trip was in Northern California) until on our way home in one weird charging stop in Anderson, CA, we saw two other Rapid Red Mach-Es...one other was charging and one was parked just a couple of rows away.

My neighbor about 5 houses down has a Mach-E. I see it daily. Fills me with joy and envy all at once!

I wave when I see one, and or point like "LOOK AT YOU!" if we pass each other going opposite directions. Hard to tell what the other driver is doing.

But -- was on the freeway a few days ago, N. San Diego county. Saw a guy in a GT coming up slowly (heavy traffic) in the lane next to me. When we were evened up, I looked over and gave him a shaka ; he shot one back! Best exchange so far.
