Does anyone know how you would get the rims from the DC car show? The GT configurator only shows the other 20" style, which isn't bad, but the show car ones are even better looking in my opinion. Did they say if there will be additional choices for options once they convert your reservation to an order?
I think there is a standard GT wheel and a Performance Package GT Wheel

I don't see anything about a performance package on the configurator USA site, just a regular GT. Am I missing something?

No, it’s not on the configuration page because it’s an option package versus a new trim level. However it’s the reason the GT’s range is 235 vs 250 and the GT’s 0-60 is sub-4 seconds vs mid-3 seconds on different areas of the website.

They haven’t announced what’s in the package, but is suspect that the new (since the unveiling) wheels we have been seeing are one of the items.

OK, I'm guessing that maybe by the time you convert the reservation to a real order, they may have a couple up sell options you could add like that. If not, then I guess it will be coming out later on new orders. On the other hand, I don't at all like the sound of a reduced range to 230... 250 is borderline too low, but I am hoping that for normal gentler driving longer distances it would be a bit higher,

As stated it's not on the configurator, because it is an option package and those have not been detailed with price or included on the configurator.
However, here is the preliminary data sheet, which does mention the forged 20" wheels:

GT Performance

My understanding is that the package is expected to be available for selection when final configuration opens in a few months.
But it is expected to decrease range from 250 to 235 with the improved acceleration from sub-4 to 3.5 seconds.
