Hello all,
I seem to have some of the same issues as some here. I am based in the UK and have a 2023.5 model. I bought it used, just 2 weeks ago.
It was working as normal, but since last week my "ford app" is not synching with the car. And I am also not being able to use none of the remote features.
I checked on the screen for the fuse box on the passenger side. But none of the fuse descriptions match anything related with a "modem". Should I still try to remove the fuses and wait a bit before plugging them back in? If yes, which fuses and why?
The battery negative option, seems to be a difficult one to do, as you have to renove a ton of screws and the battery negative still doesn't seem to be able to just be removed by taking something on and off...
I am quite upset and desperate to fix it, as I just got the car and was enjoying my first electric.
Cheers,
