Hello all,
I seem to have some of the same issues as some here. I am based in the UK and have a 2023.5 model. I bought it used, just 2 weeks ago.

It was working as normal, but since last week my "ford app" is not synching with the car. And I am also not being able to use none of the remote features.

I checked on the screen for the fuse box on the passenger side. But none of the fuse descriptions match anything related with a "modem". Should I still try to remove the fuses and wait a bit before plugging them back in? If yes, which fuses and why?
The battery negative option, seems to be a difficult one to do, as you have to renove a ton of screws and the battery negative still doesn't seem to be able to just be removed by taking something on and off...

I am quite upset and desperate to fix it, as I just got the car and was enjoying my first electric.

Cheers,

Message me the VIN to see if I can see anything useful but doubtful if the modem truly is offline.

Best thing you can try is to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes even if it is a bit difficult to get to.

Similar issues here.. bought a 2025 MME used with a few hundred miles on it. Dealer has had it for 1.5 weeks. They tried replacing the gateway but that didn't fix it. Do I just need to wait until they decide to replace the TCU? Love the car overall but very frustrating start.
Hard to say without knowing what is going on, but very possible.

2025 Mach-e Premium

This happened to me on Saturday. I have a 2025 Mach-e premium. The ford app stopped syncing with mine and my wife's phone. I noticed while driving that all of my connectivity was gone. No hot spot ability, no XM radio, any service that needed internet. I followed all of the steps I've read about. Pulled the fuses suggested, apparently this does a "master reset" and cancels your Ford Connectivity package and Blue Oval, called Ford today and found that out. Disconnected the negative battery cable, let that sit for 30 mins. Reset the Ford pass in the car, uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Same issue. Ford said my issue was "escalated" and it would take 40 business days to resolve to reenable my subscriptions.

Now I also did the "secret" diagnostic and got the following messages:
ECG Status: Token Not Present; failed to send logging token request
TCU Status: Waiting for response from Token Manager
APIM Status: Token Not Present; failed to send logging token request

With this info, I figured the modem is toast. Guess its time to call a Ford Dealership. I'm 0 - 2 for Ford warranty work. Maybe Ford will cover it this time. Other 2 are for paint issues that has been escalated to Ford. Just waiting on a response.
