Maybe one day manufacturers will get the message-

People don’t want ugly cars.

Plain and boring can still sell.

But good luck moving ugly cars off the lot!

At least this Vistiq is somewhat normal looking.
Really? You think Lyriq is ugly? I think they look fine. I am pretty sure no one buys them because of the price, not because of the look.

Haha, yes the Mach E is no competition but until Ford releases some information on their upcoming Explorer EV all my competitor threads are entitled Mach E vs..XXXXX
I asked a Lincoln sales guy about EV. He said none on the near future

Yeah. Grill odd, rear is downright ugly. And in person they look more like a station wagon than an SUV. Proportions are odd.

GM had huge problems making the Ultium battery packs. In an interview, John Voelcker indicated he heard the contractor making them was unable to automate the process and they were building the packs up by hand. They claim to have finally solved that.

Of course, there were also the stop sales. I know the Blazer stop sale is still on, don't think it impacts the Caddys though.
That may be true, but if they are stacked up on lots everywhere else like they are here……. There isn’t a shortage in terms of production, people just plain aren’t buying them.

Electric XT6. This is the 3-row EV prototype we've seen driving around the past year. Looks very nice. Expected to be on sale in 2025; price range ~ $70k-$90k.

No other information has been released by Cadillac except for the following 2 photos. Wheels are 22-inches.

Is that the Cadillac suburban? I’ve often wondered why Ford didn’t do an electric Navigator since the Navigator is nothing more than an F150 Lariat with a shell.

You mean Escalade, but no. It’s the midsize like the current XT6.

Right. Like a Navigator is really just a Lincoln Excursion ?

Mach1E is right. More like the Cadillac Aviator or Cadillac XT6. Below the 'Slade/Navigator.

Lincoln Aviator ?
Oh I know, I'm a LincolnLuvr afterall. :p I was just making a size construct. Probably should have said "like a Cadillac Aviator" and not "the Cadillac Aviator".

Probably because Ford doesn’t see >200 kWh packs as the best way to make BEVs.

The lightning battery pack is > 200 kWh? I did not know that. Couldn’t they put a smaller battery pack in a hypothetical Lincoln Navigator Lightning?

The Lightning pack is 143 kWh gross (131 kWh usable).
