I just picked up my MME on Monday (July 12) and was able to get everything connected that afternoon, including PAAK. Tuesday evening I received a message on FordPass that a Master Vehicle Reset occurred (I did not initiate) and PAAK and passcode were removed (screenshot attached). I chatted with Help on FordPass today and they said such a reset can only be started by me and that I should be able to setup PAAK again, but I cannot see any way to do that in FordPass. I can still unlock doors and start the car on the app, but if I am in the car without the fob it says no key is detected. Any thoughts?
