Master Vehicle Reset message

I just picked up my MME on Monday (July 12) and was able to get everything connected that afternoon, including PAAK. Tuesday evening I received a message on FordPass that a Master Vehicle Reset occurred (I did not initiate) and PAAK and passcode were removed (screenshot attached). I chatted with Help on FordPass today and they said such a reset can only be started by me and that I should be able to setup PAAK again, but I cannot see any way to do that in FordPass. I can still unlock doors and start the car on the app, but if I am in the car without the fob it says no key is detected. Any thoughts?

I saw that post last night after the message popped up. It wasn’t clear to me if this was the same issue. It makes sense to me that it would be, but why can’t I see the place on the app for setting up PAAK?
You may want to try removing the vehicle from the app and then adding it back again. After That, it may still take some time before the option to set up PAAK shows up again in the app. Maybe a few minutes, maybe the next day. Worth a try. It worked for me.

I thought about that, but haven’t tried it yet. I wasn’t sure how much of a pain it would be to get it back. This isn’t a huge deal for me, so I may wait till the weekend to give this a go.
