Same here, got a call from my delaer but the update is happening OTA tonight. Mobile service is coming out Thursday to verify update worked as expected.

I just had a parking brake malfunction in the driveway where it’s most likely a broke wire in the passenger side harness and mobile team came out to see if they could help prep the car for tow to the dealer as it was raining.
They were unable to do anything but gave me pointers on the proper tow procedures so the car didn’t get hurt on its way to the dealer.
IMO, even though they couldn’t do much, made the situation easier to deal with as someone already had their eyes on it.
