2023 Mach E
Until last week, I would have told anyone I was very pleased with my 2023 extended range AWD Mach E. I drive 115 miles R/T to work every day, 90 of which are straight highway miles, and currently have 35,200 miles on the odometer.
However, a couple weeks ago I began getting a low washer fluid warning, despite the fact the reservoir was full...no big deal. Then while driving to work, the Parking Brake Failure Fault light flashed, though the car appeared to be driving fine. I called the dealership once I arrived and arranged a service appointment. Unfortunately, when I went to leave work at 9:30 pm, the parking brake was activated and the car would barely move, requiring the car to be towed to the dealership.

The dealership reported an open circuit between the ABS module and the actuator, which was caused by obvious peeled back harness wrap at the left motor connector C4478. They also found corrosion at the washer fluid sensor connector, requiring a new sensor and pigtail (which they didn't have). They fixed the parking brake fault, am still waiting on the sensor.

Today I warmed up the car at 6:30 am (interestingly scheduled pre-conditioning did not turn on) but was greeted by a yellow warning ---accessory power something, followed by the red "Stop Safely Now." The car would not start.

So I'm once again waiting for a tow truck and missing yet another day of work and I'm wondering why in the world a new car with 35,000 miles is experiencing corrosion in harness straps and sensors?

Any insight would be appreciated
