It seems to me like a similar situation as I have with my HVBJB recall. Have been waiting 6 months to get it done. First of all my dealer techs weren't trained and courses were in short supply. Then he couldn't get the correct equipment because it was in short supply due to demand and then they couldn't get the parts. Guess why. Surely Ford are aware of the number of vehicles that are subject to the recalls/CSP's and should have ordered the right numbers in the first place.Having waited for almost 6 weeks for the local dealership to get back to me as they were unable to place an order for the replacement fobs with ford. I thought I would give the bell today. Apparently all back orders have been cancelled, due to demand and no further information available for the recall. Anyone else been provided the same information?
