I've often thrown around the idea of using my FFE as a donor for a EV conversion on a 914, Corsair, Falcon, Ranchero etc but it's weak in the performance area. An MME would be crazy. I know it ruffles feathers for some but it's your idea and money and at the end of the day, your vehicle. Well done sir.

To me, it makes no sense, and I don’t have the resources, time, or skills even if I wanted to. On the other hand, if it brings the OP happiness, then it’s all good.

It's not for everyone. But at a decent car show, it would draw quite the crowd and it'd cross multiple generations. I'd love to overhear the conversations.

Hello : For the purists, I bought my Falcon with no floors, holes in the roof, a massive hole in the windshield, worn out drivetrain rusted doors and no interior. Anything I did was an improvement. I fitted it with an AC51 motor and lithium batteries to the rear wheel drive but, I hated driving it as it only had 100 miles range if I drove like an old crock and I couldn’t drive on the freeway as it couldn’t keep up with traffic. The solution was a Mach-e system!

Oh ! I forgot the most important thing of all !! My stupid FORScan licence has expired and I can’t finish programming the BCM !! I backed up the date on my computer and it worked for a bit but, now……. nothing . FORScan cannot now be purchased due to Russian embargoes ..Anyone know a hacker?

Then why did you say it can’t be purchased due to Russian embargoes?

I’d stick with the Ford software, even though it’s expensive.

As I previously noted, it is not a software change. It just a program so I can change the vehicle settings. Apparently the FORScan program was terminated for sale strictly to Russia via PayPal.
