2025 Mach-E Premium AWD EXT w/ Sports Appearance
Got it. It would be for the sports appearance wheels for the ’25 premium model. I’m not entirely sure about the specifications of those wheels and if they differ from the standard wheels. I’m also unsure which size to get out of the 15 or 20 mm spacers. Do you know if you need to modify the bolts for both?

Having not seen the '25 sports appearance wheels in person (by the way I really like that design) to check out the back side for clearance, I don't know which spacers will fit. However, from what I have seen in the past on the other OEM wheels, the 15mm spacers will not fit and the 20mm spacers only fit on some. Now, that does not mean you can't do what others have done and cut off the end of the OEM wheel studs a bit to make them fit into your wheels. If you ever decide to go back to not using spacers, replacing the studs is not difficult at all.

My eibach front sway bar that was installed in January, started making popping noises when the car rocked from side to side. I took it back to the shop and they tightened the bolts, this resolved the issue. Hopefully this will not happen again in the future.

This is probably one of the biggest complaints about sway bar installs. The issue is very simple, the end link nuts have to be torqued to 85 lb. ft. Rarely do you see a shop use a torque wrench on these unless it is Ford service. I tighten all my end link installs to 85 and have never had anyone complain yet. It is not easy to tighten the lower one because it is so close to the lower control arm you cannot get a torque wrench in there. You have to tighten the lower one BEFORE you attach the upper one to the strut. That way you have the room to get the torque wrench down in there.

Kenny-= Are you still happy with the upgrade? I too have a 2025 Premium and wanted to do this. Mark told me there was a spring upgrade in 2025 and the improvement might not be that great. What do you think?

Do you think the improvement comes from the springs or the sway bar or both?
