So I returned home from an errand and saw a shiny spot on my driveway right where I park the Mach E. I honestly don’t know if this bolt came from the Mach E or randomly ended up in my driveway right where I usually park. I got home after dark and have not checked underneath and plan to do so tomorrow when I have light.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this type of bolt either from it falling off or during any mods/repair work being done. Really hoping this is a random bolt from something completely unrelated.

That does not look like a Ford bolt. I can't remember the last time I saw a non-captive washer on a Ford.

I agree that this doesn’t look like anything I would expect from ford or the Mach E. Nothing else has been parked in this part of the driveway and I haven’t done any major cleaning in the garage that would lead to a random bolt ending up in the driveway so I am stumped as to what it could be.

As I said going to inspect tomorrow for anything underneath that I can see for if anything looks missing. I’ve experienced no mechanical issues so really don’t think I’m missing a bolt anywhere but really don’t know

I’ve done as thorough of an inspection as I can and found nothing obviously missing or looking like this bolt.

Going to assume this came from something else but still have no idea how it would have ended up directly under the Mach E.

Do you have a gas powered lawn mower in the garage? Looks like the hex head bolts that hold the deck to the motor housing.

added: Or a snow blower.

I do have a gas powered mower and checked that but nothing missing there. No snow blower as I’m in alabama where snow is a rare occasion.
