Narrow miss in my MME today

Glad it was a miss and you’re OK. The other morning, I exited the freeway on the way to work. There is a light at the end of the ramp and it was red. I coasted up to the stopped line of cars using Unbridled regen and a very light foot on the brake pedal to illuminate the brake lights. I was stopped for about 3/4 of a second when I heard brake lock behind me. I let up on the brake to creep forward and stopped short of the car in front of me. The car behind me just managed to stop without hitting me. Also likely someone not paying atttention. ??‍?

Officer, I looked up from my phone and a car was stopped in the middle of the road.....
