Navigation Not Loading/Working After Recent Update

I recently got what I think was update 4.1.2. Unfortunately, I think it somehow corrupted my navigation app as it is no longer working.

When I try to launch the navigation app I get stuck on the loading screen and, after a couple of minutes, it times out and takes me back to whatever screen I was previously on. Pic of the loading screen I get stuck on is below.

Anyone encounter this or know how I might fix it? I tried a Sync reset from the steering wheel, but no dice, the issue persists.

I think something may have gone wrong with my update to 4.1.2. I never actually got a notification that this update was done, the last one I got a notification for was 4.1.1 and I don’t think I was experiencing this issue then. The only reason I think I got 4.1.2 is because of the different user interface which I understand from the forum launched with 4.1.2.

Any thoughts? Is a dealer visit in my future?

Mine lost connected services for a few days last week, which also affects navigation. Are you getting the double arrow up by the Wi-Fi icon in the top right of the screen? After a few days, mine came back on its own.

@ARK, I've not seen this reported yet. However some of the earlier reports from folks getting 4.1.2 mentioned that they had to restart sync multiple times before it stabilized. No idea why. But you might try one or two more restarts.

Bump - no one has experienced an issue like this on their Mach-E?

I updated mine (using FDRS) yesterday but I don't think I've tried using the built-in nav since then. I'll try it tomorrow and report back. But as Jonathan suggests, you can try resetting SYNC and see if that helps...

I do seem to have the other connected services - was your navigation app not loading at all when you were experiencing this? It has been about a week for me.

Just tried resetting Sync two more times, still didn't do anything.
