Navigation not showing traffic

Hi
Have a 2033 Premium. I have Connected Built in Navigation active. I looked in the settings in the car and things seem to be on but still no live traffic. Any solution?

Someone on another thread said theirs took about a month after activation. Kind of odd, but maybe it needs more time?

Have you tried enabling the traffic info? Under the Screwdriver/wrench icon

Also it only shows issues. No green roads are shown.

Has been enabled.
Good to know there is no green. But not showing issues either.

This icon appears when live traffic is active:

Check if the icon is on the screen or under Navigation > Settings > Traffic if the function is enabled.

It tells me to activate connected vehicle features but when I go to the menu it is empty.

It’s the TCU, which has the cellular modem that handles all the connectivity features. There’s a bug out there where it locks up until restarted which is what pulling the fuse does.

Update: it started to work on its own. I didn't get around to do anything but now it is working. Thanks.
