No kidding. ABB are the only chargers I have issues with at this point. And not just on EA network.

Technically, all of our chargers can fully charge our cars in 15 minutes. Just depends on what percent charge you start with... Marketing scams.

The key to this release is the word "modular". ABB used to use single blocks to build up charging power. This charger is a shift to smaller power modules that are stacked to reach the power specification. More scalable and with higher redundancy if one module goes down. It may provide less power at peak but it will still charge.
Also, this is not the highest power charger. Not by a long shot.
