New phone and ford pass problems

I got a new phone and now I can’t open the ford pass at all. I can access the account on my computer but I need it to work on my phone - especially since I have a road
Trip coming up this weekend

ideas? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I’ve removed it from the car and reinstalled

Yes phone connects with CarPlay I’ll check on the app being always on

Yeah, I get it. You know sometimes when you actually do that kind of work, I can relate. I was the blackberry administrator in the iPhone and iPad administrator for the ATF lol.

Couple other tips I would uninstall FordPass from your computer and the phone. Make sure the car is not on and Try just doing the phone first. You could do it the way I first did it. I went outside and scanned my VIN from the FordPass app when I first installed it.

I assume you know how to do the hard reset on the iPhone. It’s a little different on these newer ones just press the up volume, then press the down volume and then just hold in the right side button until the screen goes black and you see the apple come back up once you see the apple come up let go the button

The only other thing that is different to me I’m looking at your screen and it almost looks like you’ve got the app minimized which I can’t do for some reason. This is what my whole screen looks like when I have it up I don’t see that Google Chrome.

Not minimized it’s not connecting to the website - the login is simply a redirect

I’ve tried both chrome and safari

OK, so go ahead and plug in your battery’s dead but go ahead and remove the app and go back to the store and download the FordPass app

I’ve done that a few times

it has to be some setting on the phone

I can’t even log into my ford account from safari and I can’t figure out why. I’ve changed the password on it too just to see if it was related to that to no avail.
