I put a set of 22” on my Mach…. I tried 2 different size tires. , first I went with a
245/30/22 but it 👀 to skinny for me so I went with a 255/ which is what I have now… But I will go with a 265/ tire next.
Truthfully both tires rides good and not the rough at all but I will probably stick with the 265 once I wear these out. If you would like to see the difference in the tires size on the Mach let me know I’ll up load pic and a vid…

Those are the inserts that use set screws?

Careful with them / another poster on here had one or two of the inserts come out and had a hell of a time getting them replaced.

I suggest you pay attention to Ford's minimum load rating of 103 when purchasing tires for the Mach-E. The 255/30/22 tires you are running have a load rating of 95 and the 265's you want to run in the future are not much better at 97. To run a tire with the proper load rating would require a 275/35/22. The issue with that tire size is you are pushing the max width you can run in the front. 275's will rub against the fiber inner fender splash shield when wheels are turned at full lock. It's not a huge issue, just something to be aware of. You probably could get away with the one size smaller 265/35/22's which would fit the car (and suspension) better with no rubbing issues but the load rating is just below the recommended at 102.
