I talked to Sawyer Scarff(maybe a family of Scarff?) and he said he won't accept X-plan. I was thankful of him anyway because he was the nearest person from my area at that time who gave me a test drive of MME.

Price Ford will happily take X-Plan and do refundable deposit with zero hassle. They said if the sale doesn't work out, no big deal because they give you back the $500 and now they have inventory on the lot. It's a no-brainer for them. It's a wonder more dealers don't have that approach.

Price Ford in Port Angeles accepts X-Plan on ordered MMEs and they have a lower sales tax (8.8% vs 10%+ in Seattle) so you'll save additional money.

You are lucky that Washington lets you do this. In Wisconsin your sales tax on a car is based on your home address not the address of the dealership, so no crossing county lines to save money here.

Totally different experience with Bowen Scarff. Totally responsive and this is the 4th car I've purchased from them. Of course they are charging ADM on in stock cars, not many dealers aren't charging ADM on in stock cars. But whatever.

Yes dealers are asking ADM, I paid $5k ADM on my GT. Evergreen is asking $10K ADM for GTPE. $20k is greed.
