My 2024 Mach E GT has, since new, had a clink out of the rear since I got it in November. I thought it was perhaps the cold. It's still there but not quite as loud.

What are the better dealers in NJ for service. I bought from George Wall but I'm not concerned about sticking with them. I've never been back in 11k miles.

Thanks

I had the HVBJB repaired there on my ‘21, and they came out to do a customer satisfaction update. Never had a problem with them.

I live in Jersey, but I bought my MME from Dana Ford in Staten Island so took it there for service, tire rotation, etc and had no issues. Then I got the "Pre-Collision Assist Not Available" notification and my Blue Cruise was not working. I took it to them and it sat for 3 weeks before even looking at it. Had my car for almost a month with not even a loaner offered. I did a search here for good service dealers and got a recommendation for All American Ford. I believe they have a few locations. I went to Old Bridge and they were great. Rotated my tires and changed the filter. They were not able to check 1 issue (hatch opening by itself) at that time so they offered to make an appointment when a loaner would be available. They also said they can pick my car up, drop a loaner and return it to me even though I live about 45 minutes away. Of course they did charge the diagonstic fees which are taken off the bill if repaired, but I highly recommend them and will be returning myself when I need them for sure.
