I Receive my car Last month and the A/C Never work.....the dealer dont fond the problem

They dont know how too fix or... They need to contact Ford engeners

If they’re not being helpful, try going to a different dealership. At least in the United States, any dealership can handle a warranty repair, it does not have to be the dealership you purchased your vehicle from.

Are you sure the vents are open?
Sounds silly but many vehicles shipped with those vents closed and it took a while before we realized it.

for the first week I drive around with my vent closed. There is a small roller dial to open the vent. I was wondering why the air was not blowing. These vents are closed from the factory for transport . It sounds silly...but worth checking

No they told me is not serius to pass me a car....

Can you provide more details about what’s going on? Is your car still in the shop? Did they tell you to take a hike? Have they contacted Ford?

In the meantime, I’d try a different dealer. They can call Ford if they don’t know how to fix it.
