NO APIM startup animation

After coding APMI and performing an update, the startup animation that used to appear when opening the door has disappeared. Does anyone know where I should check the settings?

Also, pardon my ignorance since I do not have one of these vehicles, but I see plenty of animations on the APIM when you opened the door. What exactly disappeared?

I recently changed the region coding of my APIM module from US to EU. Since then, the startup animation that used to play on the central screen (as shown in video) no longer activates. Instead, I only get a black screen with the FORD logo.

Has anyone experienced something similar after switching regions? Could this be related to firmware compatibility, missing assets, or a configuration issue?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

To be clear: All you did to the APIM was change 7D0-03-01 from 5553 xxxx xx--
to whatever should be there for your region and nothing else?

I ask because the splash screen on the APIM is also set in that same line of the APIM here:

What happens when u switch region? Language setting can be done more easy in the menue. Or when i shitch frpm eu to us i get us traffic signs? I guess that would not work or am i mistaken?

The splash screen is not only as build data. You can see it maybe the GT splash is working.

I’ve changed a lot more — switched the entire coding to EU specs and activated all the additional options. Do you happen to know where the startup animation for the APIM module is coded or activated?

coding allows you to set APMI to a region

Using Forscan in apim manual config.

i likes the Mach e GT one most. It will either look funnd or be not fitting correctly as its not autosizong. If the orihinal screen Resolution does not fit its not looking good. Are you mooving to the eunor why u wanta change that?

I just pulled the ab data of two random US Mach E's and it shows a 19 there. Is that what you have?

Oh......well that sucks. 22 should be correct. 19 is for a CX727 (Mach E) and 22 is for a Mach E GT. I have no idea what could be causing it. You said you changed a lot of other things, but as far as I know, that is where the splash screen is configured and yours seems to be configured correctly. Not sure what else you changed that could have affected that.
