No charge logs in FordPass?

I have had this problem since my car got the BC updates and 21P22. The car was reset at the time and no logs since. When I charge (always at home with the provided charger on a dedicated 240V, 50A circuit), I also don't usually see the stats in Charge Details, and my phone doesn't get notifications when the charge is complete. Charging works as expected. And I do get Walkaway lock notifications, and yes, notifications are enabled.

Trip logs are gone, too, but I think that was expected.

[iPhone with latest FordPass (now 4.17.1) and iOS 15.5 but this has been going on since May]

I think the no charge logs problem means you need a GWM update.

Trip logs are under Vehicle > Charging > My EV driving.

My trip logs are horribly inaccurate…usually 2-3 times more miles shown than were actually driven. This pic was my drive to and from work yesterday, which is about 48miles.

Look under your account settings > Preferences > Notification Settings > Charging Notification (very bottom of the screen)

here you can turn on/off charge statuses, and Vehicle Alerts.

There is a bug that the car will not reset the current trip counters. if you start the car without the break, in accessory mode, first, then use the break to finish starting the car. It will count the trips correctly By resetting miles, time, consumption.

FordPass 4.18.1 has the notification settings. They were all turned on for charging. I flipped them off and back on, maybe that will help? I have an open case with FordPass, and ... [crickets]

I also don't get anything under "My EV Driving". Much less important to me.

I suspect you are right. It should have all been updated when they did the BlueCruise update 21G01 (yet to see this light up for me) and 21P22, and a Master Reset after that ordeal. That's when the charge notifications stopped. Coincidence? Since I have not seen the OTA fix for 22S41, I might schedule a trip to the dealer. And hope it doesn't take 9 days again.
