No Securialerts

My 2021MY Job1 SR AWD Select got unstuck from 1.7.1 back in May and updated all the way to 2.8.3. I enabled Securialert at that time, but have never gotten a notification about frunk opening, trunk opening, door opening, etc. I have FordPass on Android, my wife has it on iPhone. I have PaaK set up but don't use it often, she does not use PaaK. We have two fobs. Everything else FordPass wise seems to work fine. Just Securialert seems broken. Any ideas?

It has been like this for a while now: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/securialert-notifications-arent-notifying.17062/. No resolution for me in the past 4 months.

I've never even seen a securialert "in the FordPass app" as the other thread describes. But it says it's enabled. So weird.
