Appealing to the hive mind here: how common is it to NEVER be asked to complete a customer experience survey after taking delivery of one’s Mach E?
I ordered a Premium AWD extended range about a year ago, took delivery from the dealer early this year, and at no point in the process did anybody mention a thing about a customer survey.
This is the first time I’ve bought new and had a survey-less experience. This fact briefly caught my attention during the final purchase, but there were enough annoying things happening with the dealer at the time to (ironically) distract me from asking about a survey... and the leverage it provides.
The accounts posted here make it clear that Mach E buyers are completing surveys, and that they still serve the same critical function they always have. So… how common is my experience?
A final note: the dealer definitely knew I’d have plenty to say, if asked.
