NO TRAFFIC INFO

My vehicle went into ford a few weeks ago for a software update, however when it came back the app was not able to locate the car, this has corrected itself, but more worryingly the satellite navigation no longer has any traffic info and does not recognise road closures or roadworks. Ford have had it for a full day and report no problems with the car. Has anyone else had this problem.

Check settings in the sat nav menu:-

Switching Live Traffic On and Off
1. Press the tools button on the map
screen.
2. Press Navigation Settings.
3. Press the Traffic button.
4. Switch Traffic on or off.

The Speed cameras do not show up anymore, at least not on mine.

Thanks for responding, although I've already turned the traffic info in the settings on and off. Plus sat nav is also not showing any roadworks or road closures.
