No internet

I don’t know if anyone else has this issue, but my internet in my Mach-e appears not to work, this is since the last software update. It means I cannot use maps and the clock increased by 5 minutes until my husband put it right at the weekend. My phone will not connect to it but it is visible on my phone. When I go to connectivity the Modem for my car does not show in the list of available modems. Has anyone else in the uk experienced this and if so what can I do to put it right? Thank you

Try rebooting Sync. Hold down volume and right seek buttons until it reboots.
