No updates since May 17th

My ‘22 got “regular-irregular “ updates for the first 18 months that I’ve owned it. I have received nothing however since May. The update screen (see attached) shows the last update (in May) as “not completed”. I do not believe that there is a connectivity issue. Any thoughts on what to do?

My last update was in June, but i think the only one I’m waiting on is the BC 1.3 update. I have a 2021 so not sure when that’s coming to us. Usually not much you can do except wait till its you vin’s turn to get tan update. Just verify your autoupdate and schedule settings are still set.

We’re in the same boat. I’ve got the same condition with “Not Completed” for the same update since June 6th. I used to get updates fairly quickly after their release but nothing since the Refined Audio update that didn’t complete.

I haven’t found any solutions yet unfortunately. Supposedly there’s not much you can do except wait for Ford to push out the update again, take it to the dealer, or get spend the cash to get the kit you need to update the car yourself with FDRS.

It may be a good thing. Many folks on FB are reporting that they no longer have the lower/raise window option in the app after recent updates. My last update was May 30th, which was the BLE-PM easy entry update. I'm in the EA program.

My last OTA was March 29.
