Hello!
Recently, I happen to notice that SYNC isn't giving me the onscreen or sound notification for text messages received by just one of my contacts. I have been able to receive notifications in SYNC from this contact before. I still receive notifications in SYNC for other contacts. I receive notifications on my phone and smart watch for this contact, so they're not muted from my phone. When I go to the "Phone" app in SYNC, it shows that this contact has texted me, but it won't show me or read me the text. I've tried deleting the contacts from SYNC and then redownloading them. I've also tried deleting the phone and then pairing it again. No dice.
It seems to work fine from Android Auto, so it's just in SYNC and just for this one contact.
Any additional advice to troubleshoot?
