Orange County, CA - Dealership Recommendations for Service?

Hi all,

I've got my 10k service I need to grab. I'd love to find a spot that I can trust and gives me good rates on service going forward.

I'm looking to schedule it with the place I purchased, Ford Autonation Tustin, but I've been reading some bad reviews. I called for a price and waiting for a call back on exact price, but the person said they think it's around $229, which is ridiculous for an inspection and tire rotation.

While I wait for that call, I'd love to hear of you good (or even bad) service experiences at Ford dealerships in the Orange County area. Or hey, if you've got a mom and pop shop I'm more than happy to give that a shot, too!

I got my 10K service at AutoNation Tustin, where I bought the car. Think it was only $30. They outsourced recall work (resealing windscreen and glass roof) to Tuttle-Click and they were pretty quick to turn it around, especially around the July 4th holiday when I scheduled it.

10k is tire rotation and air filter. I go to Tuttle Click in Irvine. It’s like $29 for the rotation not sure on filter as I do it myself.

I just had my done in Texas. Dealer came to me and total cost was $0.
Check with the Ford Dealers as Ford is really pushing their mobile service.

Update on my experience with For AutoNation Tustin (where I purchased the car) – they never called back with a quote. Had to call them 3 times. The last person told me it was $210 for the tire rotation. When I pushed back they told me it was that much because I didn't purchase a service plan through them. They had no desire to help me, so I cancelled the appointment (which I already had to move because no one was calling me back).

Not a great experience.
