Ordered 4/8, I think

Hi all, new here but placed my order online 4/8 before the deadline. I selected the closest dealer with no apparent ADMs, dealer price shown when ordered was MSRP. Dealer reached out the next morning with a “Thanks for your order, we offer the best pricing, no surprise fees“ blah blah blah. That all seems fine, now I wait. Dealer then emailed me saying I needed to come in to sign a dealer order and copy DL, but they needed to confirm whether they were ordering a 22 or a 23 first with their Ford rep. I responded with a copy of my DL and told him I ordered a 22, not a 23, 23s are not available to order, if Ford needs to change it to a 23 during the wait, then so be it. I haven’t heard back from him. The dealer, (where he works) also accepted the order before he even emailed me this garbage, so is this actually ordered? Seems like this dealer is absolutely clueless, but maybe I’m missing something.

Yes, dealer accepted the order the day before the salesman emailed me telling me I needed to come in.
