So I ordered an Iconic Silver Route 1 on 8/23, haven't seen any production dates (as expected) but wondering if my order might get pushed to 2022 model year? Seen posts about Iconic silver being done for 2021, but haven't head anything from Ford yet. Thoughts on whether I'll end up with a 2022 model when all is said and done?

Interested in this also, having ordered my CalRt1 on August 25th. Based on Ford's "16+ weeks" I am hoping for a Christmas present. Hopefully not something for Valentine's Day.

If the proposed federal tax credit is passed for 2021, we'd still be at $7.5k (too bad the batteries are made in Poland; US made batteries would add $500 tax credit.

One was to receive your tax credit earlier is to simply reduce your federal withholding amount (file a new W-4 with your employer). This tactic depends on how much you are currently having withheld. You could, beginning with your first payday in 2022, have your withholding reduced to nil, until such time as you've recaptured $7.5k. Then set your withholding back to normal.

Trying to reduce how much I'm going to have to pay the Gov't come next April. :)

If you don’t have a Production date yet you’re likely not getting a made to order MME in 2021. Better to hit autotrader et al. in the hopes of finding what you want or similar enough to pull the trigger. Good luck!

So unfilled MY21 orders become "first in line" MY22 orders?

I think it’s safe to say you won’t get it in 2021. I just saw 2022 orders start later this month.

According to my dealer the last day for production scheduling for 2021 is 9/16 tomorrow. The last day for production of 2021 is 11/27. IF you dont see a scheduled for production soon you will be getting an early 22 model.

This late in the year. I would rather have a 2022. Just my 2 cents.
