The dealership experience in the US seems to be quite a bit different than up in Canada. Don't get me wrong, you definitely need to carefully select your servicing dealer here too, but generally speaking I hear a lot of rough stories from the US.Not really. There are quite a few dealers where loaners are never available for any reason, regardless of CSP/Recall or warranty language.
I don't know, maybe it's a Canadian dealership thing but between Chevrolet, Audi, Nissan, and Ford I've never had any issues getting wheels during a service if it went beyond a day. Of course....Audi goes above and beyond....they don't shuttle you anywhere even for a one day service...they just give you a car for the day to drive and "keep you mobile" as they say.
