What has insurance had to say about cost? Is your battery pack compromised?

I had a similar experience this past January. Not quite as much damage and no "hidden" damage. The total bill ended up being around $6K as I needed a new hatch in addition to the rear bumper.

Just FYI, my insurance co definitely low balled the initial estimate from photos which I since learned is SOP and they actually wait for a real person to see the car.

I was also surprised to learn that most Ford dealers, at least in SoCal, do not have body shops and those that do tend to NOT work on EVs. Fortunately, my repair was done at a great independent shop.

Similar accident on my 2021 GT in December after a semi ran into me at about 5 mph while I was stopped....$21k of damage, no battery problems. Good luck!

Insurance quote was 3K. Ford's quote was 7K. They replaced every part with FORD new parts. While in the shop Ford replaced the HVBJ box! Car looks new and seems to be quicker.
