I have been using PAAK exclusively for months now, Pixel 3a on Android 12, and it has worked almost flawlessly, rarely do I have to wake my device to start it. That said I have been using my Pixel 6a on Android 13 2 days now and PAAK is not working. I can start and control my car remotely, but it almost never recognizes me when I start. Do we know if Android 13 is supported? Also when you setup your phone, do you only do PAAK setup in the FordPass App, or do you also connect your phone bluetooth to sync? It looks like 2 different Bluetooth connections, cant remember how I had this before.

Did you reset PaaK before setting it up anew? Do you have battery optimization turned on for FordPass?

Sync setup is completely separate.

I fiddled with Optimization but reset everything like you said and now it works fine. The 6a worked on android 12, but for me with android 13 I had to wipe it all and start fresh. Thanks

So for anyone else who stumbles across this thread. Be sure when setting up a new phone, or if you experience issues with your current phone, to reset PaaK from the car. This should only be done with the FOB in your possession as you'll need it to re-setup PaaK. If you do this away from the FOB you will be stranded. Resetting from the car will also erase your backup start code and you'll need to create a new one, or re-use the same one.

On the phone be sure the turn off power saving features for the FordPass application and disable the option to remove unused permissions automatically.
