Panoramic roof shade

I purchased a shade for my panoramic roof from Tesmanian.com for $25.00 for the cover. Apparently they sell the clips separately at 4 clips for $10. I ordered 2 packs of clips after reading of problems keeping the shade in place. I have driven over the roughest roads I can find in the Minneapolis area and taken a trip up to Duluth (which has even rougher back roads) and it has stayed in place. I didn't even notice the roof when I leased the 24 Premium AWD. It was the last one available Mach E at the dealer and they had the best deal for a 2 year lease. It comes with a tight weave screen that lets some light in and also has a dark tight weave auxiliary cover to place between the mesh shade and the window. It also comes with a cloth storage sleeve. Apparently Tesmanian is primarily a Tesla accessory supplier and they are trying to sell out the Panoramic shade for the Ford. They have floor and rear mats for the Mach E (at full price), but I don't have any interest in them and haven't compared prices. I am not too crazy about the clip system and I don't know if placing the dark cloth would add too much weight for the 8 clips. I do know that it does reduce the heat buildup and I wish I had purchased it while it was still 8ºF when I leased the Mach E.

I have a cover for the panoramic roof, as well. I agree the clips are a little weird, but I'm not sure how else it would attach. But to be honest, I've never been able to tell a difference in temperature with it on, so I never use it...

I had points that were about to expire and used them for to purchase the one from ford. I’ve been to lazy to open it

I also have a shade, I purchased off Amazon and it works and stays in place perfect. I live in the desert and I wasn’t sold on the “it has a coating to protect from UV” blah blah mess. It gets 115 here. No amount of coating or tint is going to keep HEAT from creating that greenhouse effect. I needed a shade.
