I find that many people simply don't understand how to use it. It's worked every time we've tried it, which is rare. My main reason for not using it is this - for perpendicular parking, it parks you next to a car. If I'm in a parking lot, I park away from cars not next to them

Second reason for not using it - with the 360 degree camera, you can see everything. Parallel parking is a breeze. No aid is needed.

Still it is nicer to sit and observe it doing the job perfectly based on mathematical calculation then turn the steering wheel back and forth

Last reason - I find that it takes too many steps for many people to REMEMBER. My wife will never use it because even if it was written down she'd not do it right.

I agree the UI for that feature is terrible. Why the self parking screen keeps displaying after it finished forcing you to tap the X in the edge of the screen to close it? I don't understand
