Part Identification for Charging bracket

Does anyone know if you can get just the bracket with the 4 bolts for the Mach E that holds in the charging port?
I've seen plenty of posts on the part surrounding this and the door but not this bracket itself. It appears on the Lightning to be replaceable but on the Mach E you need the whole harness?
I purchased this used so no clue how it happened. Didn't discover it was an issue until my first time trying to DC fast charge and the whole thing was loose. One of the corner tabs is broken so it doesn't have a good grip on the charge port itself. Works fine for standard charging but the weight of the cable on DCFC causes it to not lock.

Why do some photos on this forum show up like this? I've run into this myself and it's frustrating. My fix is to bring up the photo and take a screenshot of it with another app, trim it, then post it and it works just fine every time. They're both .jpg format but the screenshot version is smaller (kb as opposed to the original MB). I haven't found any 'rules' regarding photo size, nor anyone complaining about this grid effect.

Anyone?
