What's the difference between the GT and non-GT pedals? With my new MME arriving soon, I have been looking at accessories, and came across these (and similar): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MYBS2SV/. I think the red pedals would be a good match to the red exterior and fun addition, but I see they say they don't fit the GT. What's the difference between the GT and non-GT pedals? I would not have expected any difference.

I don’t believe there is any difference in the pedals at all. I have the set you linked in my GT-PE.
But pretty sure the OEM pedals were exactly the same as my wife’s premium.

The English is so bad I'm not sure what they're trying to say.

The FE models have aluminum pedals. I don’t know if they brought them to the GT.

i promise - when you actually get the car you will never ever once think about, or even look at the pedals.

Aluminum pedals are typically marketed as being sporty so are a nice touch in the FE. My focus ST & RS had similar the aluminum pedal covers so you would think the supposedly sporty versions of the mach-e in the GT/GTPE would have got the same but instead just gets the standard rubber pedal covers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I guess the lack of sporty pedals is a reminder of its true 5 second limitation not so sporty credentials 🤣

Probably more about the Product Cheapening Department. There are economies of scale involved in having all models use the same part where there is no real reason to change it. 😱🐩
