Perpetual recall notification?

Anyone still having the issue where the recall notice for 21B02 in the top left of the FordPass app didn't go away even after the car was brought in for servicing for that software calibration update?

I previously had the same thought, but I believe it may technically be a second recall notification for the same issue. I had mine taken care of a couple of days after the initial recall notification appeared in February. After I got it fixed, the notice might have gone away and came back or it never went away, don’t recall.

Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I got a letter in the mail from Ford saying they had to do it again as the fix didn’t solve whatever the issue was - at least the initial updates I guess turned out not to have fixed the issue. I think I threw that letter away but you might have to get this done again, unfortunately.

Yep, I got that same letter and actually brought the car back in to get it redone as well, but the notification is still there. Maybe some other issue in the OASIS system. I'll reach back out to the dealer to see if they know what's up.
