you’ve helped me a lot on planning and even choosing to just go with a new model over a cheaper 23.

Is there a thread already I’m missing about “pick up inspection”? (I bought a 22 Bronco and there was so many issues at pickup and things missing / factory errors we had like a 30 point checklist to make sure we got everything or didn’t drive away with things like oil dipstick missing (Mach e won’t have that one).

Our car was ordered with the mobile cable, so at its stupid price I will make sure we have that!

lastly, are there anything’s you’d for sure have the dealer install (there’s a sale on accessories and my credit card also is giving perks on ford accessories). Maybe the front air deflector or protection film? Or the window rain guards? (Bronco dripped inside bad, not sure how ME does)

thanks! Going to be an adventure going 9 hours home for our first EV experience!

Congrats. I think make sure you can pair your phone before you leave the dealership.

Always a good idea to reset the battery management on new vehicles. Also post your VIN in the FDRS thread to see if you can get the dealer to perform any outstanding software updates

https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...-are-willing-to-look-up-info-for-others.10230

Get in the car and without pressing the brake, hit the start button to put the car in accessory mode.
Flash the high beams with the stalk 5 times.
Press the brake 3 times.
You should then see the battery icon flash on the instrument panel about 3 times.
When that stops, hit the start button to shut the car off. Pause.
Then start the car and drive as normal. You're 12V battery should then charge back up fully, if it wasn't doing so before.

Swap that silly little rear wiper for a 15” or 16” one. I did that before I test drove my car. ??

I would get rubber mats if it did not come with them.
