Does anyone know the part number for the black plastic clips securing the frunk cover? I broke one and the dealer broke another when they changed the HVBJB this week.

You might not have a charger or power supply, and really it shouldn't be necessary to have those, but I would try charging the LVB manually first before resetting the BMS. Based on what Lee posted, it seems you could end up resetting the the BMS so that it thinks 80% is 100%, which could cause lots of problems later. It may get rid of your errors and mask the problem instead of fixing it.
Yup. Can confirm that based on practical experience, unfortunately. My FordPass alerted me of low LVB SoC and electrical system drain. Two things happened in the last couple weeks:

1. I reset BMS while LVB was at 80% SoC
2. I had the HVBJB replaced a couple days ago

I suspect the issue is caused by resetting the BMS. SO I’m charging the LVB using a Schumacher sc1280 charger. We’ll see what happens.
