Ever since I got my 2022 Mach E (28,000 miles) I've not been able to use plug and charge (at Electrify America). I can plug the car in and start it from the ford pass app or the EA app and it works fine but plug and charge says payment declined. I've tried putting in a different CC but it doesn't help/work. It seems very strange that I can start it from the app which uses the same credit card as plug and charge is supposed to. Since it has always worked from the app I didn't worry about it but now, with the Tesla chargers coming online and apparently requiring plug and charge, I'm worried that I won't be able to use them. I've spent literally hours on the phone multiple times with ford pass help people but they've been unable to help me. They just keep telling me that everything is setup correctly. I even had one person tell me you are supposed to manually start it and it was working correctly. I know that isn't the case but didn't want to argue with someone that obviously didn't know what they were talking about. I've also tried this at multiple different plugs and locations in different cities. Has anyone else had this problem and got it resolved? @Ford Motor Company Please HELP!!
