Plug and Charge Not Working

Ever since the “Tesla Plug and Charge” update, my plug and charge will not work at Electrify America. I checked my Blue Oval Network settings, and plug and charge is enabled. It’s a shame because plug and charge has always worked so seamlessly up until this point.

Anyone have any ideas about how I might get this figured out??

My plug and charge wasn’t working last time I tried Electrify America either, but it was before the Supercharger update. I attempted several times, checked the app. I tried to toggle the plug and charge off and on but the app was so slow that I gave up and just paid full price.

Even if Plug & Charge isn’t working, you should still be able to manually activate the station with FordPass.
