You got 10.1.1 on Jan 29th almost a month ago (not last week), no OTAs since.

The BECM failing a month later was a coincidence, I don't think it's related to the OTA. You also have a P0AA4 code in history for a stuck closed negative contactor, which may mean you need a new HVBJB. Someone has been trying to deal with this problem in software only, at this point the pack needs to be dropped for BECM replacement, HVBJB replacement if you can get them to do that, and potentially BECM harness replacement as well. The module is damaged and has to be replaced. Again, please take it to a dealer if it isn't already, the BECM would be covered under the 100k EV warranty.

I've been the one dealing with the software, That contactor code as well as the rest of the codes set that morning . I have an extended warranty as well as the factory warranty . Biggest issue around my parts is finding a dealer willing to work on it . The last time i had to trailer it 400 miles and for wouldn't cover the tow . Took 2 moths to fix as well . Looks like the becm is only $250 I might do it myself

Big respect for the desire and motive to fix it yourself. And I don't think it's nuclear physics either. I even have a lift for such things.

But I gotta admit I'm intimidated by not having the necessary equipment for dropping that battery housing. And I'd feel a lot better if there was a video of the procedure.

Why ? I have the knowledge and the equipment . I was just asking if anyone had run into this issue before. I was a ford master tech for many years .
You're HV certified? And have all the necessary equipment for HV work? If so, ballsy and not as terrible as I was thinking.

With the pack in the off state the risk of shock isn't great . I was a ford master tech and worked on the focus electric and the plugin's of the era . I'm still undecided if I want to do the repair myself

If you have the tools, the training, and the WSM, then it's all in there. Just be sure to follow it EXACTLY, there is a reason the order for disconnecting cables is called out so specifically
