Power liftgate doesn't work when vehicle is locked

It sounds like there is an update rolling out 23-PU0630-RGT-PLO that pertains to the liftgate. I am hopeful that this will fix the issue with the 23 models.

Opening my 23.5 lift gate built in September Has never worked via the foot feature. i would assume the gt has the innards to support this feature. I gave up trying and use the button. Yes the toggle is on.

You know what they say about assume. A little reading on this forum would have kept you from doing the one-legged dance at the rear of your car.
