I got the service warning about a month ago at 9,000 miles on my Mach E, trying to deal with the dealer not being able to get the part for over a month. It’s so difficult to deal with Ford service department.

The Dealer needs to order the part through COPIS. Got mine replaced 2 weeks start to finish at Brighton Ford.

If they don't know what this means, find another Dealer

The Ford dealer ordered the part, unfortunately, the car is not safe to drive with this malfunction. So I’m in a rental until the repair is complete. I am on week 3 with the rental. Ford has no ETA for delivery of the part. I realize it’s the holidays, so things take a little longer to get done.
